SAUCE2016 was organized for the second time and had over 700 people attending with delegates from 15 different countries.

The three-day event took place from 17–19 September starting in Kuressaare, the capital of the island of Saaremaa, and finishing in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It attracted numerous Michelin-starred chefs, food critics and journalists, restaurant professional, and just overall culinary geeks from around the globe.
